Robert Tracz
Robert is the founder, CEO of the company and project manager of SIFR-AI and BHP-AI, with over 12 years of international experience in safety management. He has worked on FPSO platforms and on safety culture improvement projects.
He is a member of IOSH and IIRSM, a lecturer at NEBOSH and runs the IOSH centre in Poland. He holds a diploma in applied safety (level 6), MBA in Health and Safety Excellence and Microsoft certificates in artificial intelligence (AI Engineer). As a pioneer in implementing the SIF methodology, he develops innovative solutions in the field of health and safety.
Łukasz Roszak
Łukasz Roszak is an expert in artificial intelligence and an experienced software engineer, currently serving as a software engineering manager. His competences include designing and developing advanced technology solutions, including creating an AI nurse for Sweden.
He specializes in .NET technology, but also has experience in languages such as Kotlin, Python, Java, TypeScript and JavaScript, and in technical practices such as CI/CD, BDD, TDD and TBD. Łukasz is valued for his leadership, team management and communication skills, as well as for actively sharing knowledge through lectures, trainings and co-creating local ZS BIT technology meetings.
